  • Are Charter Rates applied per person?

    The charter rate is for the BOAT. NOT per person. Each rate is set up for a maximum of 6 passengers per boat.  

  • What is your Cancelation Policy?

    Our cancellation policy requires a 48-hour notice, and full charges apply within this timeframe unless the trip is canceled due to severe weather conditions. Should you need to cancel your charter, kindly provide us with at least one week's notice to allow us the opportunity to fill your spot with another party.

  • Are your charters kid friendly?

    YES! Children are warmly welcomed at May Daze River Company. As per legal requirements, all children under 12 years old must wear a Coast Guard-approved life vest. We provide type I commercial life jackets onboard. However, if you prefer, you may bring your own Coast Guard-approved puddle jumper or life vest for your child's comfort.

  • Do you allow Dogs aboard?

    YES! Dogs are invited to join us, but they must be kept on a leash at all times. Kindly remember to bring a water bowl for your furry companion.

  • What should We bring on the boat with us?

    Feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks, and we'll store them in our boat cooler. As space is limited, please opt for a smaller cooler if you choose to bring one. Dress appropriately for the current weather conditions, and consider bringing a hat, camera, sunglasses, and sunscreen lotion for your comfort.

  • Is alcohol / beer permitted on board?

    YES! You're welcome to bring beer on board. Please ensure it's in aluminum cans only; we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing glass beer or liquor bottles.

  • Is smoking Cigarettes or a Cigar allowed on board?

    No. Please note that smoking is not permitted on board any of our boats. We appreciate your cooperation.

  • Do you have a bathroom on the boat?

    No. We regret to inform you that our boats do not have restroom facilities. However, there are several nearby marinas where you or anyone in need may avail themselves of restroom facilities.

  • What should we do if it rains or the weather is bad the day of our trip?

    If inclement weather occurs on the day of your charter, we will make every effort to reschedule your trip for a later time on the same day or during the week to accommodate your preferences.
